oh my goodness…does she really get up at 4 am!!! you poor thing. I am so with you on the not being a morning person…fantasizing that one day i’ll be morning person, but in reality so glad i’m not a morning person
I’m sad that she wakes up at 4 am because for you, i mean…it’s not real quality sleep…you always have 1/2 a brain tuned in to make sure the house doesn’t burn down or whatever. meanwhile hubby can tune out the child and rest peacefully- at least that’s how it works at our house, so not fair. good luck to you, i hope it is ‘just a phase’. good thing she doesn’t wake up magoo though.i love reading your blog- you are so funny. cheers to you and yours

We have early risers too! Then, just when I thought we’d gotten over the 4:30/5:00am hurdle, potty training threw another round of early mornings our way! ARGH!!!
Well, at least they go to bed at 6:30 (2 YO) and 7 (6 YO)!

What? No floral jumpers? Come on.
I use the “it’s still night time” bit with my girls, too. If I’m not out of bed yet, it is still night time,
