		<description>Seems to me that chicken and spinach leaves are pretty good for you. At some point, I bet that they had milk or yogurt or cheese and also bread. On days that get out of hand, especially, I think it&#039;s important to focus on what went right. Spinach and chicken are definitely in the &quot;worked&quot; column.</description>
