  1. As a neighbour (can you tell where I am from) I have total empathy and I scream eeehh, while I shiver and cringe.

And did you break out singing….”Ooops, I did it again”?

  3. Ann G says:

ooooooohhhhh, yuckk!!! maybe it’s a sign about walking barefoot, huh? I usually cut my foot when I walk barefoot outside, so I’ve stopped doing that!!

Yuck-O. I have yet to see a slug since fall . . . thanks for the reminder! 🙂

Poor you… come visit me. We don’t have slugs here!

  8. CoconutKate says:

Total Yucka! I know that seriously disgusting feeling…the one that makes you do the “I just stepped on a slug dance” while your 3 year-old looks on in shock.

  9. Heidi says:

I hear you, sista! As a former Seattle person (Seattlite? Seattleonion?) I can tell you that Montanans have NO IDEA just how large slugs can get.

  10. Kimi says:

I love it when that happens and the lighter colored guts squirt out. so nasty. I’m feeling your pain. Worse was visiting california and crunching a snail under my flip flop. nasty times two.
