My 4-year-old niece explained to me that fairies live inside bubbles, bubbles are their houses and their mode of transportation, all at the same time. But when you get too close it scares them and *POOF!* they make their bubble-houses dissappear so you can’t see them anymore… if the details of all that seem fuzzy, ask a kidlet, they are so much better at explaining that sort of thing. )

Yes – I must know where you got the non-spill bubble container! My kids LOVE bubbles and I suspect would probably be just like Magoo if I let them, but all we have are the regular screw-top containers that the dollar store bubbles come in and I think our record is 43 seconds before my 2yo dumps it all over!

That’s such a cute picture!
The Boy wore the Girl’s jammies, including a lovely light purple pair and while my husband CLAIMED not to be bothered, I noticed that The Boy was usual whisked out of them before anyone came over. Hmmm..

My kid is also in love with bubbles. Except that we found it’s more that he wants to dip the stick in the bubble container. So now, to avoid messes, I just give him an empty bubble jar and bubble stick and he’s happy as a clam.

awe shucks, so precious! M discovered bubbled (the non-bath-time kind) for the first time at his first Nursery on Sunday. Utter bewilderment. Mostly at the herd of toddlers stampeding each other to pop all the bubbles.

Awwww! I am too adverse to the whole mess factor to let my kids play with bubbles too often. But they are a lot of fun.

i love the image of magoo blowing bubbles as you walk along together, holding “the scruff of his parka.” and i giggled over his pink princess pull ups! daddies sweat about that stuff more than the kiddos do.
